The Hive Community Circle is seeking a compassionate, relationship-focused, and mission-driven Survivor Outreach Specialist to increase survivor awareness, engagement, and connection to supportive services. This role conducts survivor-focused outreach, builds relationships with survivors and community partners, provides trauma-informed resource navigation and follow-up, and coordinates assigned outreach initiatives, including the Bee Box Program and Casita of Care.

 

The Survivor Outreach Specialist serves as a community-facing representative of The Hive and works to strengthen connections between survivors, supportive services, and community resources. The role also supports survivor-centered programming, outreach events, training, and cross-department collaboration while maintaining a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and survivor-led approach.
